No. In today's market, buyers drive the process by finding properties online and bringing them to their agent. Your MLS® listing reaches the same buyer pool regardless of the commission offered.
Does a lower commission mean lower results? +
If paying more commission automatically meant a higher sale price, choosing a listing agent would be easy. In reality, the commission you pay does not determine the outcome of your sale. Preparation, pricing, exposure, and negotiation are what actually drive results.
Can I offer more to the buyer's agent? Is the commission flexible? +
